Your first signature is $29.99+Tax and any additional signatures from the notary are only $9.99+Tax per document. Call now to book your appointment. Kindly note that if you cancel your booking/appointment less than 24 hours of timeline then 50% of the service fee will be refunded.

Please, do not sign your document before coming in for your appointment, you must sign in the physical presence of the notary public. To serve you better, please be prepared to provide Government-issued photo ID before having your document notarized.

Mobile Notary Rates

$35.00 service fee + $2.5 per kilometer + Tax from Brighton Gate, Saskatoon office to the destination (mileage rate includes return trip).


Notarize True Copies of the Original

For official records, we will keep the scan copy (via mobile) of the original documents along with the notarized one; it's necessary for you to make one copy before your visit. The pricing structure is as follows:
The first copy is $20.00 + Tax, the second is $12.00 + Tax, and the third and more are $10.00 + Tax
 

Notarization of Real Estate

Notarization of Real Estate Closings or Loan Applications or Contracts:

-- One transaction $190+Tax (for a single owner)
-- One transaction $240 + Tax (for more than one owner)

Passport Application In Lieu of Guarantor

Are you applying for a passport but do not know or have someone to sign as Guarantor? You will need to notarize Passport Canada’s form PPTC 132.

Each application is $55.00 + Tax
